Our combined SEG/AAPG Student Chapter participated in the field activity at Schramm Park during the annual NGS meeting. Looking at rocks is always fun!

On October 19 we had an AWESOME field trip to Plymouth, NE to acquire gravity, GPR, and seismic refraction data. GEOPHYSICS ROCKS!

Out of 14 submissions to the 2024 UNL GIS Day map competition, 5 were from Dr. Filina's GEOL/METR453/853 GIS class, and we are among the winners! Great job, Anika!
