Technology, more data sources improve forecasting

Some forecasting models predict the weather system will deliver 12-plus inches of snow in the region (Lincoln is near the "B"). However, UNL's Ken Dewey said it is simply too early to accurately predict the storm path or how much — if any — precipitation it will bring.
